The EITI Board agreed that Armenia has made Satisfactory progress in implementing Requirement 2.5 on Beneficial Ownership of the 2019 EITI Standard.
Following the Validation of Requirement 2.5 on beneficial ownership that commenced on 1 January 2021, the EITI Board came to the decision that Armenia has made Satisfactory progress in implementing Requirement 2.5 on Beneficial Ownership of the 2019 EITI Standard.

Towards a more gender-inclusive extractives sector
If extractives resources are to benefit all citizens, both women and men need to be included in the sector’s governance and have equal access to employment opportunities. Training on the Mining Fiscal Regime in Armenia and EITI Requirements of Financial Flows’ Transparency held on March 6-8, 2020 in Dilijan
